Perimenopause & Menopause Care
Menopause care is about far more than managing hot flashes — it is comprehensive, whole-person healthcare during one of the most significant transitions in a woman’s life. Perimenopause and menopause can affect physical health, mental well-being, sleep, relationships, sexual health, energy, metabolism, and long-term disease risk. Women spend approximately one-third of their lives after menopause, making proactive, evidence-based care during this stage incredibly important.
Our menopause services provide compassionate, individualized assessment and treatment to help women feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the menopause transition. Care is tailored to each patient’s unique symptoms, medical history, goals, and preferences using a collaborative and evidence-based approach.
A whole-person approach is taken to ensure both symptom management and long-term health optimization are addressed. Diagnostic testing and laboratory work ordered through the clinic are covered through provincial healthcare plans, and medications are covered through individual drug benefit plans.
The goal is to help women navigate this stage of life with confidence, support, and care that recognizes menopause as an important and deserving area of women’s health.
